Sam and Dean come to the aid of another hunter named Travis who needs help closing out a case involving a cannibalistic creature called a Rugaru. The problem is that the Rugaru is a creature that starts out completely human and Travis's target hasn't yet begun to change.

In the Beginning
Dean is shocked to discover he has been transported back in time to Lawrence, Kansas. But the shock is short lived after running into a younger John Winchester and Mary who are just beginning to fall in love. Dean is unaware why he was sent back but is enjoying his time with his parents and new found grandfather, who may be the key to Sam and Dean’s predicament.
